The Northeast Ohio Management Information Network

(NEOMIN) is one of 18 Information Technology Centers (ITCs)

providing technology shared services to Ohio’s K-12 schools

through its membership with the Ohio Education Computer

Network (OECN).

NEOMIN provides five core services for Trumbull County and

Ashtabula County schools.

These core services include network/email, fiscal, library, EMIS,

and student services.
